When Mr. D became aware of unnecessary charges on his loan contract with Black Horse Ltd, naturally, as anyone would, he contacted them right away to request changes to his agreement that would stop him running up more excessive costs. Mr. D was perfectly within his rights to request these changes but Black Horse didn’t seem to want to know; without even providing a satisfactory response to his letters they failed to amend Mr. D’s agreement.

Mr. D made a wise decision; he contacted Cartel Client Review – something that every credit consumer should do if they are being dealt with unjustly. Pursuing the matter once more with Cartel on his side, a satisfactory conclusion was reached. Addressing the lender directly on Mr. D’s behalf, we were able to demonstrate that over £2000 in additional charges had been added to Mr. D’s loan agreement without his consent.
